Karol Consulting philosophy and background

Karol Consulting d.o.o. is a Croatian based health consultancy. The firm has Australian roots. It was borne out of the consulting activities of the then national agency, Medicare Australia which implemented significant health reform development projects in Europe, Asia and the Middle-East.

Karol Consulting mission is to assist clients implement initiatives by which they can obtain the best value from the healthcare resources that are available. The firm has a strategic approach to its consulting activities which includes: critical evaluation of the project environment and key issues of concern; researching appropriate data for decision making; targeting priority reforms that create incentives for improved performance; emphasising change management and technical capacity building. Its consulting teams work closely with clients and project stakeholders in the design and implementation of sustainable solutions.

The “Project References” section provides detailed information about the firm’s client base and its project experience. Through its principals, the firm has broad international development project experience in Europe, Asia and the Middle-East.
